Thanks for filling in, Joe. My phone has been out for two days.
Richardson has just been dismissed for 145 by Singh. He and Styris added 151 for the second wicket.
Styris is now 98 n.o. I reckon it's been an awfully long time since N.Z. has had their first 3 batsmen score centuries in a Test - if at all.

McMillan brought up his century and Fleming declared on 6/630.
McMillan, 100 n.o. and Vettori, 48 n.o. put on 90 from only 96 balls.
This was the second time New Zealand has had 4 century makers in the one Test innings. The first time was in their last visit to australia and was done in Perth.
Kumble got the bowling figures and will now be enjoying a well earned rest. He bowled 66 overs and took 3/181. Sing took 2/149 from 49.

It'll be a miracle if this is anything but a draw.
India is 1/200 in the 66th. over with Sehwag on 126 n.o. Chopra made 60.
With the 4th. highest rated batsman in the world, Rahul Dravid, only 8 from 55 balls and his team back to 3 r.p.o., on a flat track, this Test is going nowhere. Personal milestones only, I reckon. How boring.
As I've said before, enjoy the bright cricket the Aussies play while it's still happening. The rest of the world still seems to play 'draw first and win if possible' Test cricket.

India are 3/267 with Laxman (34) and Tendulkar (23) at lunch.
The run rate has dropped even further, to 2.78 !! Just what is going on ??
McMillan and Vettori can put on 90 from 96 balls and the two above batsmen (supposedly two of the best in the world) put on 49 from 133 balls ?

Tendulkar was out, first ball, after tea for 55 from 175 balls and never looked a top ten batsman let alone the World's #1. Vettori was the bowler with the big smile.
The partnership with Laxman was 112 from 52 overs. Just over 2 r.p.o.
Laxman is 72 n.o. and India is 4/345, still 285 behind.
Vettori has bowled 46 overs, 22 maidens and has 1/65.

Well, what an amazing day tuffey is having.
First he gets the last two Indian batsmen (for figures of 4/80) when they needed 6 runs to avoid the follow on and then wrecks the Indian top order by claiming Sehwag (1), Dravid (5) and Tendulkar (1) !!
Earlier, Laxman was left stranded on 104 n.o.
India has fought back to 3/67 after being 3/18 but they're still 140 odd behind.
