People Alister Lynch now is having problems at brisbane with a contract, personally i think his worth picking up for a season or 2 to give tazza a hand down foward. What does everyone think

yeah for a basket of chips and a round of premium lagers.

Not for a player or draft pick. He`ll be lucky if he plays more than 12 games next season at that age and with his injury problems.
Chuffed to have seen 3 flag wins in my lifetime but still greedy for more.

Had it been when Fitzroy went round the S bend and merged, definitely yes.

Now, forget it. Taz and the Rock will do just fine thanks and lets look at our youth coming thru. A youngish (up to mid 20's) tall is worth pursuing, not him.
he's an animal, what can u expect!!!

Send Lynch to hell.... Burn his parents and shut Brisbane down. He may have kicked 78 goals this season...But thats with a top notch midfield and a sh!t load of steroids. Get Pebbles on roids and the AFL would be at the Magpies mercy!
Tradition? Pfft you call merging with Fitzroy and cheatin to 3 flags Tradition? Winning 4 flags in a row is history, which makes tradition!

This comment from someone who wanted to trade off Tazza earlier this year.

It's good that you ask people 'what they think' obviously something you can't do.

Add the expletive - and I agree - too old / too injury prone / too expensive & TOO HIPOCRITICAL to even consider him

I hate Lynch. Lynch is the biggest mercinary going around in football. Left Fitzroy in their time of need and Fitzroy got SFA for him. Brisbane have bent over backwards for him and this is how he thanks them. Ungreatful bastard.

No, he has said he will either play (if Brisbane up the ante on his contract) or he will retire.

I cant beleive this ... if we only got 2 years from Lynch, it would likely be 2 premierships. With Rocca around the 50, and Tazza leading out to the wing, it would be great to have Lynch in the goal square. He would be a perfect fit.
I hate him now at Lions coz he is a great, strong player, and he gets away with murder (blame the umps, not him). Would LOVE to have him.

Lynch is too old, send him to the old age home.
