Mick was on MMM's hot breakfast this morning to discuss his plan to coach and mentor some of the banned Essendon players but it didn't take long for the conversation to turn to Collingwood and Nathan Buckley.

Didn't people ring a radio station some time ago because they believed "Ja'mie private school girl" was a "real" person?BenBronx wrote:Mick was on MMM's hot breakfast this morning to discuss his plan to coach and mentor some of the banned Essendon players but it didn't take long for the conversation to turn to Collingwood and Nathan Buckley.

Will never understand why he couldn't accept the director of coaching position that was offered to him at the time, which subsequently went to Rodney Eade? Was it vanity or egotism that got to his head which interfered with any rational decision to stay at Collingwood and led to his abortive period and self destruction at Carlton? Too much water under the bridge to reconcile with Eddie, but hoping he is sitting in a good place and if he is to coach the banned Essendon players in the coming year, could he take in Thomas and Keeffe to join the group of players?

But that is a damn good take-off of MM, the stuttering quick replies and MM-ism's are right on the money!
