Does it bother anybody else that SOS is dubbed as a recruiting mastermind and expert list manager? With all the additional draft picks that GWS had, surely just about anybody could be a recruiting mastermind with all those resources at one's disposal.

I know that Silvagni has been highly rated as a recruiter but we'll know more in a few years whether he can rebuild Carlton's list and get them back to the top.
Being at GWS and having so many draft picks at his disposal doesn't justify regarding him so highly as a list manager.
