MB any injuries?
Cody went down in that term, not sure what happened to him, but he was trudging off in quite a bit of pain...

FWIW @CollingwoodFC just tweeted HT bests as Close, Karnezis, Moloney, Scharenberg, Manteit

no Moore or Dwyer

Getting a lot of receives in transition, and taking a couple of marks (1 goal from a good set-shot), but again, it's a question of whether he defends well enough (tackles, etc).

I'm more of a mind to just say 'screw defensive pressure, we need forwards who can mark and kick goals', but that's just me...

MightyMagpie wrote:Hey MB - can we have your bests and a quick review of the potential AFL promotions: Dwyer, Karnezis and that guy Dave likes.
Dwyer okay without being dominant. Playing that link-up role rather well.

Karnezis, see my responses to WPT and Kosh.

Moore battling, but he is getting their primary defender, so Close is benefiting that...

Not for one minute am l saying he is a better ruckman.
But hey it is interesting to consider.
Agree.

Wouldn't surprise me if he ends up being the second ruck/forward as early as next year.
Yes drop off Jessie at the nearest station, Grundy in the middle
with Cox as the chop out, Witts as backup in the VFL and Moore as the developing forward.
Remember Cox is a good lead up.
we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest.

Collingwood lead by 47 points, as we start the 2nd half here at Frankston Park...

Young sets a long ball up to the hotspot from well outside 50, Greenhough 1-out, reads it beautifully, out-bodies his man and marks!

Plays on, GOAL!

Do you think Moore will turn out to be a good AFL player?

I have a feeling that this could be Dwyer's last chance to earn a game at AFL level for us ... I hope he steps up today.
