Still waiting on final details from the Club but I think we need to get our raffle underway.

2015 Season Launch and Hall of Fame Dinner

Date: Wednesday 11 March 2015
Venue: Palladium at Crown
Time: 7:00pm for 7.30pm
Dress: Jacket & Tie, ladies accordingly
Includes: Three-course meal, premium beverages and entertainment

AP, you will automatically get one ticket per $10 you have contributed. To save time drawing out names of people who cannot attend, we usually ask for those available to advise they can go and they will therefore be included in the raffle.

Please advise ASAP if you want to be in the raffle draw.

PLEASE ADVISE ASAP IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE RAFFLE DRAW

I will need to do the raffle draw tomorrow morning so please ADVISE ASAP if you can attend and want to be included in the draw.

I had been waiting on information from the Club. They usually email a letter and ask for RSVPs and then I provide the winners mailing addresses for tickets to be sent directly. This year they just sent a letter and the tickets/wristbands directly to my post office box (which I haven't checked for a week!).

This means I now need to send the wristbands onto the winners in time for the function.

Once I do the raffle draw in the morning I will text/call the winners to get mailing addresses, so please be prepared to hear from me! I will then post the winners wristbands tomorrow afternoon.

Phew......nothing is simple......!!!

Just want to add, we haven't had many people put their hand up for the season launch raffle yet....surely with all the contributers to the sponsorship, we have a few more who could attend...????
