both have really cool games on them and great gameplay, but you might rather the playstation 2 controller cause it's more comfortable :)

I've got an XBOX and AFL 2003 and AFL 2004. The 2004 version is a fair way more challenging and involving, but still too easy for me!? Have already won the flag with the PIES on 'hard'.

In terms of which console u want to buy, don't buy any, they take up far too much of your time!!!!

Sorry, if u really wanna get one my XBOX has been really good to me so no complaints here. Also the 'original' controller u get with your XBOX is a bit on the chunky side, but u can buy the newer controller 'S' (small) which is far more compact and practical.

The advantages of the XBOX are that it's technically a superior machine able to delivery more advanced graphics and gameplay. Also the XBOX has it's own HARDRIVE, meaning that u won't have to buy things like "SAVE CARDS" to save progress / settings on your games. And finally, heard of HALO? Well it's only available on XBOX and it's an amazing game, soon to come out is HALO 2. Also Spliter Cell is a great game also, the sense of atmosphere is unsurpassed.

The disadvantages of the XBOX are that more people have a PS 2, so it has more titles available and chances are more of your mates will have it so u can share games with them.

Whatever u choose, I'm sure u'll have a good time anyway.

I had a very similar dilemma to you, favourites. I ended up chosing PS2 because of my choice of games. I like Final Fantasy, GTA games and stuff like that, and for now they're exclusive to PS2, but it is definately true that XBOX has the better processor and graphical power....AFL 2004 plays pretty much the same of them....if you really wanna check out the games each system has and reviews goto:

xbox.ign.com and ps2.ign.com ....

If mod chipped, the XBOX is the better option. The dvd player is better quality than on the PS2, the div-x media player is available.

I have both ps2 and xbox - both mod chipped. The XBOX may have less titles but that is becuase the ps2 has been out for longer.

I'd take an xbox with 120 gig hard drive any day
My oxygen is Collingwood. Without it I die.
