46. Jonathon Marsh
Had the job on Casey's primary key forward, Tim Smith. Acquitted himself reasonably well. Whenever he got the ball, I almost covered my eyes. Even by his less-than-stellar standards, and taking the conditions into account, his kicking was shocking; he unloaded some truly God-awful mungs. Kept his man to 1 goal, which in conditions not conducive for talls, is probably not that big an achievement, but he competed well all day.

Just as it's satisfying to see all our VFL wins in person, as I have this year. :)

(Well... the Essendon one was on the TV...) :wink:

But yes, it was very satisfying to see us beat an opponent who has had our measure, at a venue we have been horrid at. The lads will take a lot out of that...
