Did a roast dinner tonight.

roast beef, roast chicken and roast pork belly. Spuds and pumpkin and other veges.

Fed 5, plus leftovers. Pretty happy with that and the compliments on the tucker.

Got about 8 meals out of that last Sunday.

Tonights effort is an old Aussie classic, curried sausages. Yum

I bought one of those trays of chicken pieces with all the herbs and spices a month or 2 ago and cooked the last 5 pieces tonight with a few vegies. I manage to get 3 or 4 meals out of those packs.

Had a lamb shank (the food, not the rhyming slang).

Slow cooked for 8 hours with mashed potato and washed down with a bottle of 2001 Conner Park Shiraz.

That is sad. An intervention is required, even a maccas cheeseburger is better.
