So apart from Karnezis who are the other players that have stood out today?

Martin bog
Thought broomhead was good
seedsman and martin can kick well
it just stands out and it makes such a difference
i like the pies style of play
we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest.

Martin - Copped a tag (again). Was a little less influential than usual, but no less damaging when he had the ball. Covered a lot of territory. Picked up a fair few possies across half back. A good all-round game.

Broomhead - Not dominant, which is unfortunate, because I was hoping to see him put his hand up, but his kicking was just lethal at times. On the right track.

Adams - Once again, he'll be in contention for BoG. Just smashed in at every stoppage. Wants a spot alright. Kicking looked much better today.

Kennedy - Just kept getting the thing! Like Broom head and Martin, some of his kicks were lethal to the Cats mids/backs. Took a terrific overhead mark going back with the flight at one stage. Another who wants a senior spot.

More in the review later...

I liked Thomas, Adams, Martin did alright, Kennedy looked good, Keeffe bounced back from last week. Seedsman had his best game so far on the comeback trail.

Again, more on this in the review...

Was a great day at the great Vic Park. Agree with Bat in terms of how they played. Adams, Thomas, Kennedy, all put their hand up, and PK, Broom and Seeds are tracking nicely. Nice to see Ox out there, too. We looked really good for most of the game: better skills than the seniors!

Thanks for all your efforts Bat baby!

Guys playing well today against a quality VFL side in Geelong will carry much more weight with the coaches than last week.

The senior players on the edge would want to perform today.

Let's pull away with Patty K

He must play next week, along with Adams and Martin.
