Maxy was on SEN yesterday afternoon and said that Marley won't play this weekend. In fact, he pretty much implied that Marley won't be back in the VFL until after the bye.

Fair enough about Marley.

That said I did see him at the Pies-Nth Ballarat game at Vic Park and he looked positively glowing with fitness, so I don't think that will be much of an issue.

I'd expect him to play minimal reserves football before he'll be right as rain to return to the ones. Give him until after the bye to get his head together and enjoy some down time without the specter of a prison sentence hanging over his head, give the publicity a chance to settle and it will do him (and his football) the world of good.

Gunna be hard for him to break back into the ones atm , our defence has been good.

Only blokes I can see possibly dropping are Langdon and possible Young..Seedsman and Sinkers are competing with him.

Watch out where you sit. You don't want to get pricked by a discarded sharp. Might end up growing a tail!

Has anyone organised the "drugs tour" yet, it would have to include a trip to the injecting centre across the road.

This is one game I might not get to, just for the fact it's on TV and at that ground, can't bring myself to walk in there.

They would have to take a detour via South Yarra to the clinic where they got that muscular dystrophy medication from Mexico...

Should see further players returning to the playing field this week. Wouldn't discount Williams returning and Broomhead, Oxley, and Seedsman must be close.

Also a couple of scrubbers by the names of Broomhead and Seedsman come in as well. Hear they might go alright...

Very strong side. If we continue with the very recent good injury run, we could have an unbeatable VFL side.

Reid, Scharenberg, Freeman, Sinclair,& Oxley to come in assuming no more injuries. Yes Reid won't be a long term VFL prospect but someone will drop out of the seniors, say Goldsack.
