Early thoughts:

- Welcome to Collingwood, Patty K! Presenting well playing forward, good goal sense. Moving pretty freely. Just hope he gets a good run at it from heron in. Would be good to screw over Brisbane in a trade...

- Hudson looking good in the ruck.

- Gault looks as he always does... tall, gangly and useless. I hope he makes me eat my words.

- Armstrong looks as HE always does... short, thin and useless.

- Yagmoor getting a fair bit of it across half back, using it relatively well. Where to from here, though?

- Dwyer looking very good.

- Adams doing all the right things at stoppages and in the middle. Still needs to iron out his kicking; almost brought us undone there in defence switching across goal late that term.

- Brown is Brown. Has his opponent on a leash.
