If Beckham DID play "in the local comp down the road here" perhaps they'd learn a lot from it.
I would like to believe you knew what I meant by that comment,if not I will explain it to you in a pm or publically.Your choice Donny. That is if you did not understand it mate.

Absolute holier than thou bollocks.Joe wrote:Sorry Donny,it is a disgrace that Australia play this team.
It would be like Beckham playing in the local comp down the road here.
Whoever organises this should take a hard look at themselves.
A disgrace?????????
was it was a disgrace the west indies had to play Oz and the poms in the mid 80's, when they gave them an absolute spanking?
any one sided sporting contest is a disgrace and shouldnt be held then it it?
I would reckon most teams that start off in test cricket got absolutely flogged in their formative years....apart from Oz and Poms who started it!
Your coment smacks of smug ignorance imho.

If I want your opinion London Dave I will give it to you.
You get my opinion for free, as, unfortunately at times, I get yours!
If you dont like it, use the ignore button. You'll see it up the top there, spelling is very similar to the word ignorant.
And how pray tell would these divisions work? 5 and 5...how is promotion/relegation handled? I assume you've figured all this out somewhat, or do you just sprout whatever titbit of info you may glean from some other equally ill judged and ill informed source and decide it's a brilliant idea with ever considering the consequences of it?Joe wrote:
Dave their should be divisions like in many sports such as English soccer and you work your way up to the top division,
If you reckon the current structure is a disgrace, you must have some alternative to it, or do you just like to have a moan for the sake of it?Joe wrote:
The current structure imo is a disgrace.

I dont have a problem with you at all London Dave,I particularly dont like the ignore button.
I havent done and hopefully will never use it.
If I gave it some thought I am sure that I could come up with a better system mate.
My original post stands sir and that is the current system is crap just like most English sports teams mate.
I am not paid to come up with alternatives.
Am I not allowed to dislike something without having an alternative.
In fact I do like moaning for the sake of it mate, especially over crap like this. As MAGFAN8 would say bangers game.
Am I ignorant?
Yes I am.
I do not claim to be omniscient.
How could anyone be.
No doubt you aremate and good luck to you.
Have another warm beer mate and a lie down.
REGARDS from Melbourne mate.

Then Hayden (42) Martyn (1) and Symonds (0) fell in the space of 2 runs to now see the Aussies on 4/117 with ponting on 36 n.o.
Rafique has 2/24 from 8 overs.
