Will be very interested in your thoughts on Martin MB. I still think he could add soemthing to our forward line in the seniors, if he isnt running out of puff. Either Dwyer or Blair could be vulnerable if they drop off.MagpieBat wrote:That's better, Pies.
Krakouer roves the Witts tap, to Mooney, to Witts, to Mooney, lovely little spot up of Martin on the lead.
Kyle goes back, and dobs it!
FINALLY!
8-13.
23 gone...

Yeah, he's a good one to bring up.woodisgood wrote:Will be very interested in your thoughts on Martin MB. I still think he could add soemthing to our forward line in the seniors, if he isnt running out of puff. Either Dwyer or Blair could be vulnerable if they drop off.
Thing is, sides have worked out in the VFL that if you sit a bloke on Martin, you can really hamper our midfield; he's the guy they go to. So his numbers suffer. And we all know how he had to get 30+ and 6 goals before he got a look in last time...
Was quiet that quarter but worked his way into it. Was resting forward when he kicked that goal before.
He'll want to close out the year strongly, but I would elevate him at the end of the year. As you say, could really offer something as that half forward/rotating mid in the seniors...
