Luke Mason: "Paine long to the square where...you guessed it...Grundy has outmarked his opponent!

Was like he picked his pocket, reaching over his face to mark right on the goal post.

Has been put on a tough angle.

Very tough angle.

Still gettable..."

And he misses. Drat!

38-41.

It's certainly on the cards.

However, I reckon he'll probably tire and maybe end up with 30 to 35 at the end.

Kennedy certainly putting his hand back up for the seniors, though...

Luke Mason:

Good question - our most influential players so far have been Grundy (great ruckwork, body work at the stoppages and influence around the ground), Kennedy and Martin (doing some brilliant grunt work in close) and Collopy (clean, quick, finding space, linking up well, just generally looking like a menace).

Agreed. Kennedy very impressive in and under. BOG by a distance so far for mine. Brodie and Kyle Martin showing a bit too. Paine the most dangerous looking forward.
Much better quarter in the second. Hope we can continue in the back half because it is a long way to drive here in the rain and traffic and sitting in the cold otherwise!
One team, one dream - the Pies and this year's premiership
