Yep.

This is the problem with having the VFL play before the AFL, and especially when the two play on the same day in different states: at least 1 or 2 blokes are going to miss out on a game and it weakens the VFL side in the process.

Of course, such an insanely long injury run does that too...

G'day,

Wondering if anyone knows if this game will be covered on the radio at all? Would love to get to the ground but its a bit of a trek from Canberra.

I generally watch the internet broadcast on the website.

But if there is a link out there that lets us know if games a broadcasted that would be even better

Go the Pies.

Ah no, there is none, unfortunately.

Next week's game will be on radio, though...

Someone on BigFooty is saying that Clarke has come through the gates with the team at Adelaide Airport, so he must be the emergency designated to travel.

The haters will be livid...

I don't think Playing Hudson,Witts and Grundy in the Same side is the Best Structure for the Team
1 in the ruck, 1 up forward, 1 on the bench. How hard is that?

Although, if I had my way, Witts would be on the plane to Adelaide this week to play as #1 ruck instead of Jolly...
Teams in the AFL Do not do that and the Team would be Too Top Heavy
no such thing as a top heavy team anymore in these days of footy. look at swans cats hawks in afl 3/4 ruckman/tall forwards. all depends on the teams structure
