Only playing as a top up player, but he is a good size & athletic.

Potential rookie list spot 2014?
i thought the vfl listed players were excellent
no 57 and no. 62(another midget) played a great game
we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest.

Would be looking at Ferguson, Hellier, and Wallace before him. All midgets though.
Would be looking at Moloney first I would have thought?
First time I've seen him from memory. Played well and certainly wouldn't rule him out. Just seen a bit of he others and they perform consistently well.

Wallace had a cracking game, and Hellier can play too.

I wish they'd elaborate when they say a player needs to improve in certain areas - for instance Martin, consistently collecting 30+ possessions and kicking goals but continues to be over looked for a senior call up. Very confusing

Exactly - I don't think any player would have had more than 9 tackles.
Totally confused as to why he hasn't been elevated already.

Well, he looks good to me, too, so who knows? But if, eg, they privately think he's a bit soft at the contest or lacks defensive running capability, they're hardly going to tell us publicly, are they?

That may be true but other players seem to do less and get rewarded.

It reminds me a bit of 2010 when Blair was killing it in the early rounds of the VFL and everyone was calling for his elevation.

I've seen him play several times & soft he is not. He runs hard both ways & tackles fiercely. Not sure what they are waiting for to be honest. It's a bit baffling. The opposition teams certainly know how good he is because they tag him often.

I wasn't suggesting he is, woftam. I was just trying to give an example of why this is one area where the Club can never give us a forthright explanation. We'll all just have to continue to be baffled (and call for his inclusion, of course).

Don't recall ferguson so much, probably cos I don't know who is is but the other two yes.

Whether they could make the jump to AFL I don't know but they are damn good VFL players.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.
