Luke Mason: "Lachie Ferguson's eyes light up as he sees Alan Didak who runs into space to mark unattended 40m out on a 45 degree angle.

Alan Didak simply does not miss these.

That was a goal as soon as it left his boot."

ONYA, DIDS!!!

Starting to see the good and bad of Dids here.

His finishing, the class of his disposal is a cut above.

Its just what he does, he does way too little of to make up for his lack of general intensity and defensive effort.

Can he still exist at AFL level without being a liability?

Jury out but they are closing on a verdict and it may not be a good one for Dids.

We definitely needed that goal to quell Geelong's momentum. It's very good to see that our side has become a lot more competitive this year and they're always in with a chance to win unlike last year.

Looks Benny J might be back next week and Paine and Richmond are playing well.

How's Didak going overall?

I think woodisgood's thoughts right above you pretty much sum up his game so far, Jezza.

Yeah I just saw it after I made my post.

Great to see us respond to Geelong's momentum.

5 goals by Paine is outstanding.
