As far as I know, swoop, the LTI listing begins from the date the player is moved onto the LTI list. However, the player named to replace him on the senior list only gets as long as the injured player is out for.MagpieBat wrote:swoop42 wrote:Martin not playing is a real bummer as he must be close to elevation.
Mooney hasn't been able to put his hand up due to injury but he certainly did today.
I do wonder if Buckley has been waiting for his return before deciding who to upgrade to the senior list.
P.S-If we wanted to upgraded two rookies because of LTI would that mean Ramsay wouldn't be able to play for 8 weeks from the date the elevation took place or would it be from a couple of weeks ago when he was added to the list?
So, for example, given Ramsay was LTI-listed 2 weeks ago (or is it 3?), whoever gets named to replace him will only get 4 weeks instead of 8, because they only get the remainder of Ramsay's 8-week spell (they're only eligible to play from the day they get upgraded, not the day Ramsay was LTI listed).
Does that make sense?[/quote]
Yes thanks!
That's what I figured but I wanted clarification.
