Rather unusual timeslot, but then again, we just had an AFL game in a similar situation.

Reckon we'll see a few of the "A-team" seniors, such as Young, Goldsack, maybe even Reid and (dare I say it) Dale Thomas?

You'd imagine that if Daisy didn't get a run he'd be no hope of Round 1. Reid has done most of the pre-season so should be right either way if declared fit.

For the record, Dale Thomas is NOT playing, despite speculation in the press. So, he won't be checking out his future digs, it seems...

Nor, for that matter, is Ben Reid, Clinton Young or Nathan Brown. All 3 had recieved permission from the VFL to play today.

From the senior list, only Goldsack, Paine, Williams and Kennedy, along with rookie Michael Hartley, are out there.
