A curvaceous chicken curry.

Nigella's tantalising tasty tidbit: Mughlai Chicken thigh curry. :D

Reduced the cream - I don't want to develop breasts

Brown the meat and onions first, then just start shoving the rest in the pan and keep stirring.

I tend to chuck the pasta in dry with about 10 minutes to go, it absorbs any excess moisture and makes it nice and sticky.

I'm good at making 1 pan dinners, lots of practice getting tucker ready for the kids after getting home from work and only having 30 minutes from start to dish up.

And saddle and bridle. :P

I'm getting chicken parma with scalloped spuds cooked by the sons latest GF, "The [snip]".

(her description of herself when I suggested to cook dinner and I'd reheat it when I was ready rather than making everyone wait til my eating time. The response was, "I'll cook it for when you're ready to eat, I'm a [snip]"

Ok.
