He was on a hiding to nowhere with playing six pretend ruckman none of which could play forward or back. It's a hard job coaching Reserves. You are not meant to win you are there to develop for the senior squad. Winning is a bonus. Tarks will do very well in 2013 in his new role. Tapping will do a better job as Reserves Coach simply because he is not stuck with so many tall duds and has an even spread of talent. In saying that his role will be in line with Bucks expectations and that is development of players to step into the seniors will be first and winning will come second.
