Pretty sad when Geelong have Knights winning GFs in the maggots while we are a laughing stock. Winning culture, at every level. Couldn't disagree more with the vfl boffins who tell me I don't get it.

Exactly right Big T. They just aren't following logic with regards to player development.

For instance lets take Jackson Paine. Would he develop quicker if we were getting double the inside 50's we are in the VFL now? Of course he would. Development is our priority & I understand that. But winning breeds confidence & confidence accelerates development. Getting flogged by 100 points every week is a sure way to get every players head on the field to drop. Then they may start to doubt their own ability. Being competitive is an absolute must for development.
