dont think it would made a lot of difference.we needed to outscore the hawks by 5 goals in the last qter, but we had only kicked 5 goals for the first 3 qters.but yes he should have kicked it,for a guy with his skills it was a gimme

It's fair to say we missed a lot of chances throughout the game. I was dark on Dids for that miss but the whole game didn't hinge on his kick. The game was lost at 2.9 to 2.2
My oxygen is Collingwood. Without it I die.

Well Dids is not the only one we can point a finger at but a symptom of our problems. Someone meant to be a gun kick should sink those chances.

On current form and the fact that the bulldogs have been close and not won, means our next game is a full on danger game.

Yep, on current form the Bullies would win.

The boys cannot afford to believe that this may be an easy one. Rememer round 22 last year? I honestly believe the break will do us the world of good, and hopefully we can actually string some wins together in the near future.

I just got to thinking, when did we last kick a score less than that?
So I checked, Rnd. 21 - 1997, against adelaide, 5.9.39, mind you the crows only kicked 6.12.48 that game.

With the potential strike power of our forward line, 6 goals for the game really was "ordinary".

What about the decision making from the backline?? I thought our defense didnt have a clue. Jimmy's kicking straight back to Johhny Barker like Barker was playing for us. Woeful!!
We just need to string at least a couple together, and go from there, if we're supposed to be a good side. We know we are, the players know they are, they're heads are just $@&^# at the moment for some reason. We need a huge effort, but top 4 is still not out of reach. And before you start caning me for what ive just said, let me clarify that Im not saying we're gonna make it, just saying is that we're still in touch!![/b]

We sucked. I was a bit devastated (or pissed) after the game. Similar feeling to losing to the Swans.

Its those middle of the road teams that are stopping us from getting on a streak. We have to flog them, not lose.

Footy is played in the head, we think we are better than these teams, the problem is that the players think that too, and do not turn up in the right frame on mind (IMHO).
