Wow, bit of a shock there, eh?
An extremely gloomy day all in all for the pies, wasting oppurtunities in the first, kicking 2.8. and after that seemed to lose all run
I thought we were in it when dids took that mark early in the last......
Feels a bit like last year was our year to win it, and now it's impossible to gtet that september glory....
But, as supporters, i am calling on you to keep faithful and positive towards our pies....i've heard rumours the our players were getting booed by us...
NOT ON
Please don't be harsh on the group, i predict they will come out fit and pumped to give the doggies a thumping.
Cheers,
Goon

I agree Goon, if there was booing pull your heads in those responsible.
Very disappointing, is there any fear in us winning 2 in a row?
And when will Rocca pull his finger out and give us something, we can't rely on Taz to take 10+ marks and kick 3-4 each week, it showed today. We struggled across half forward and the result speaks for itself...

Im very disapointed im worried as we have the dogs after the week off and they havent won since round 1. They have a great chance of blowing that game as well.

were there any injuries? I was watching the stats on afl.com.au (couldn't get radio coverage up here in Qld) and Lonie, Scoots and Cloke barely fired a shot after half-time. It's a big worry.
I don't want to bag anyone, especially as I haven't seen the match yet, but it seems a few players are still playing quarters of football rather than games - Weed

From what I can tell from listening on the radio, there wasn't much run. If that's the case, then that echoes the game against Port. If you haven't got run, then you haven't really got a chance. Forced to chip it around or kick it to a contest.
Should be interesting game against the doggies, they're a pretty good running side, which showed when we played them in round 22 last year, we looked flat.

They looked very flat , no confidence and little run. Certainly a dissappointing outcome when a win would have kept us in touch of a possible top 4 spot, where now we need to lift just to get into the finals . It looked like Rocca/Lica/Bucks were all well below 100%. Time to start rewarding a few more of the blokes running around for Willi and have the players feel they that they deserve to wear to black and white.

I have not seen a more inept, stumbling, bumbling, jumbling perfornance from the boys in years.
Just aweful.
This was one of the first games in a long time that Ifelt from so early that we didn't look like even snatching it.
Too many kicks over the top, no run, too many loose hawks. And the majority of my close friends support the hawks too. Shit-I need to find new friends.
Really, really bad Collingwood.
Come on. Take the break and start afresh. Please.
Jesus.

It was love at first sight.

someone please tell me there was something positive to come out of the game. I don't think I'll be able to watch the late replay by the sound of it.
Anything?!
Anything?!

I agree, for once, with special delivery. the word that comes to my mind is pathetic, and I hate to say that about the pies, but they really were. The Hawks were very aggressive and unlawfully violent off the ball early, and from then on we just didn't do ANYTHING.No run, that was the killer, but our attacks on the ball and our aggressivness was just not there.
Very dissapointed Pies - they looked VERY tired, VERY not at the game.
Go away, have a week off, train hard before the dogs, and come back FIGHTING!!
