With a weekend of mediocre AFL games shaping up, and none being played in Melbourne, there is always the prospect of a good standard game in the VFL to get your footy fix on this Collingwood-free round.

Saturday
Port Melbourne vs Coburg @ North Port Oval (1:10pm, ABC1)

Box Hill vs Bendigo @ Box Hill City Oval (2:00pm, 3WBC)

Sunday
Werribee vs Sandringham @ Chirnside Park (2:00pm)

North Ballarat vs Northern Blues @ Eureka Stadium (2:00pm, VFL Radio)

Frankston vs Williamstown @ Frankston Park (2:00pm)

BYE: Collingwood, Casey, Geelong

My tips:
Port in a game that may be closer than the ladder suggets.

Bendigo by a couple of goals.

Sandy in a tight one away from home.

The Roosters will annihilate the Scum.

Willy will steamroll Frankston.
