When you lose by 100+ Points you where Crap. That is exacly what the VFL was Pathetic. Ball Skills where Disgusting and Lack of Effort from Some Players where easy to see.

Pros:

  • Paine was Fantastic and in the last QTR in a marking Contest he just Threw his Oppenent to the Ground:D
  • Witts and Ceglar did well in the Ruck and Ceglar Kicked 3 Goals
  • Like Farmer again

Cons:

  • Seedsman and Yagmoor Where very Quiet
  • The Scoreline
  • 2 Hour Trip on Train to see us get Flogged. Though it was nice to get out and see a Mate at the footy

^ Speaking as someone who was there, Dave, how do you think our Tarrant went? Is he ready for the Dees next week, or should he go through the twos one more time and be back after the bye?

Paine got a bake from the radio commentators in the 1st quarter, saying that he was not working hard enough. Guess he got motoring after quarter time. Would you drop Dawes for Paine, and have Wood ruck alone against Jamar (I think Wood was reasonably good tonight)? Or is there room for maybe Ceglar up forward as relief ruck?

Hope the kids put in a better account against Casey next week.

Tarrant was okay considering we got Flogged/

Paine would be the Only player who did not do enough. Paine only played a small part of the 1st QTR. Was better in the 2nd Half

Had the day off and went down with the mrs.

First time i'd been to that oval and well.... Tarrant and Paine were the stand outs.

Tarrant is ready to come back into the seniors.

Didnt think we were ever going to win it, but it would have been nice to see a better effort. But alot of our normal VFL players wernt out there.

Casey next week will be interesting. Hopefully the lads can come out and do something! (MUCH closer to home Casey Fields, so I'll be making my way down there too).

Jeez looking at the bulldogs backline Kris Pendlebury would be ideal for them and their style
