Agree with you there NP. I think Taz went for the shorter option last week so he could have an unblemished personal scoreline.
Seriously that has the potential to be a real problem, unless the short option is found very quickly, the end result is almost always a turnover. Is it the lesser of two evils, either go for it and score a behind (if you miss) therefore giving them possession, or chance a pass with a 50-50 outcome. (sorry to be going off topic)
I think last week Taz was trying to find the best option within the 50 arc. I agree he is there as a forward and paid to kick goals so he should back him self and go long.
I have been walking around in my FTO tshirt and my Collingwood scarf this last week here in Adeladie....and while I have been getting a few strange looks....NO ONE has said a word to me...the cowards!!
I'm not here to crow or bag I'm here to just say it was a game between two good teams, pretty scrappy, I'm happy with the 4 points and hope Joffa and the Collingwood cheersquad didn't encounter anything unruly, the difference in the game really was Wanganeen and Collingwoods forwards not taking there opportunities, I'm sure we will probably meet again in the finals hopefully, I said i would be back to congratulate or read the reviews so please don't go off like Im here to rub anything in, I'm just a relieved man but means nothing if they don't back it up next week, cheers
