Fantastic effort from the boys. But you know what? I chose this day, OF ALL DAYS, to not go to the game. That's, what, the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me? That I don't go and we pull off a win? The karma bus has run over me and backed over several times!

Thanks to everyone who pitched in while I was MIA. In my defence, it was only during that purple patch in the 3rd quarter that the laptop went ape. The rest of the time was because my typing isn't super-fast. But I try my best.

It was my pleasure to keep you all up to date on the action, and I'm just glad we were able to get a source for updates. Special thanks to Brendan Lucas from the Herald Sun for posting updates on twitter, which I was able to re-post here.

Great win, Pies. Now let's move on to Bendigo next week and flog them too.

you all have no idea what you missed! DTM going of his head in the 2nd and 3rd qtr during the game. my ear is still trying to recover.

paine hurt his ankle and should be right. 2 weeks hopefully.
