They're an English Indie-rock band.
Not bad, either. I like their 'Joy Division' song. :)

The Angels. Hopelessly underrated, surely.

At work on night shift while typing assessments listening to:

1. Buena Vista Social Club, their first - the self titled album

2. The Lions Roar by First Aid Kit - 2012 Album (their second)

3. Mose Alison - a compilation of burned tracks

4. Paul Kelly - Live double CD 1992

I put them on the computer next to me which has speakers, no one up here most of the night in the office area, have the music on, pot of real tea (leaves) & Bob's you're uncle well I don't know if Bob is your uncle & frankly I don't care, so why did you raise it in the first place? Alas, that is another matter entirely.

Stand By Me. A great version.

Street musicians from around the World unite in song in this Ben E. King classic, adding their parts to the song as it travelled the globe.

Listened to some gunners on the drive up to Toc. Brilliant stuff.

Pavarotti with Nessun Dorma turned up full burst!

First heard it live in Rome outside the mayors hall at a nght time concert. Have never been and ever will again see a performance as this night, with all of Italys finest operas and songs. Powerful music

Sit back and close my eyes and I can see myself there...beautiful

Karnevil 9 First Impression.

But I've just read Mountains Magpie's sad news, so I guess it will be Rag Mama Rag next.

Bought another CD of First Aid Kit - released this year with rtecording of 2008-2009. I love these fine young singers.

Also a friend sent me this - sounds like a ripper:
