Practice Match #3 - Blues v Collingwood at Princes Park

11:00am this Saturday at Cardboardland.

Following a close loss to lowly Frankston, Tarkyn Lockyer's men will be looking for a return to winning form this weekend against a side that we can now officially brand as "the old enemy", with the pretense of a VFL club alignment now removed.

Spots are still up for grabs on the VFL list, but young hopefuls looking to don the black and white in season 2012 haven't got long left to prove themselves, with just this game and one more next Saturday back down at Geelong left to go before a final decision is made.

You know what? I don't care if it is a practice game. I really want to put the hurt on this mob, who have had the wood on us for the past few years in the VFL. Given that the Scum will be taking 29 of their playing list to Maroochydore on Saturday and likely resting a few more, their VFL side could be very well be made up largely of VFL players.

Here's hoping the kids can fly the colours and come away with a win on the weekend. I'm particularly looking forward to Ferraro coming back, after taking a knock against the Cats a fortnight ago, and showing what he can do.
