Would be great if we could somehow do what Geelong did in 2007: win both the AFL and VFL premierships. Probably a little unrealistic, but you never know...
Really looking forward to seeing the new squad in action!

We lost 7 games under 32 points last year. Win those 7 games and you are in the top 5 in an even comp. It will come down to injuries. In saying that when the coach says we want you to play your natural game I am dam excited as Ferraro has been dumbed down at Sandy. He can play, born a footballer, is a footballer.

Have heard a few Sandy supporters say that Ferraro was sturggling last year, and that he was wasted by the coaching style (might have something to do with the alignment with St Kilda, and the fact that there were a fair few St Kilda players in the Sandy seniors all year).
Look forward to seeing him in action...

When you are a few points down and a minute to go the aim should be to get it to the forward line as quick as possible. Not at Sandy, Ferraro was told to get it to one of the St Kilda listed players if he got it. Now these players were CHB and Back flank. The two midfielders said whoever gets it kick it long. They did, Sandy forward marked and they won the game. Great you would think. No, they got abused by the St Kilda players for not kicking it to one of them.
