I bought some "Slap your Mama" cajun seasoning last weekend at the market. Haven't tried it yet. Bring your wings and sauce over, we'll create a new blend.

Nah, Im thinking of Scraming Seeds. They are always floggong them at weekend markets. There is a hot one called "Caribbean Chilli" and the demo guy coated a piece of Saganaki and BBQ'ed it. It was a smokin, salty, chessey heaven...

Haven't seen those but I'll keep my eye out.

Have to use the slap ya mama seasoning soon, the boy is having a party here on Saturday, I'm doing the BBQ. Wonder how a kilo of snags liberally sprinkled with that stuff will go for them. :P :twisted: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Actually lighter in alcohol content, so won't attract the bogan set.
A very, very nice drop. Best drinking neat or on the rocks.
The Mrs reports that she could smell the cherry when I first opened the bottle.

It's really more chucking stuff on a plate than a recipe.

Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, capsicum.

Cut up chicken fillets cooked with a honey mustard marinade.

Chuck it on top and drizzle some honey mustard dressing over the top.

Took less than 15 minutes.
