Cooking at a mates place, Banana prawns, garlic, butter, olive oil, shallots, salt, pepper, lemon and a good slosh of Chardonnay. Damn, who doesn't have spaghetti in the pantry. Even with one minute noodles it tasted fantastic.

Shelby's Dad's coming to take her out for tea. If they go somewhere I want, I'll tag along. If not, cheese on toast.

The youngest has flown to the Sunshine coast with her VCE mates for a week.

We're having chicken stir fry with bits of fresh veg including carrot, onion, baby bok choy, red capsicm mushies, zuch, bean shoots, bit of garlic, coriander, tamari & oyster sauce, & noodles.

Had BBQ and Salad the last 2 nights, and leftovers for lunch.

Tonight I'll burn some more meat for the ferals and I think I'm gonna make myself a steak and mushroom roll.

Had crumbed lamb cutlets. Took me back to the 80's.

Does anybody know how to cook these things without using a litre of oil?
