LOL Franki.

memo to self.

When you tip the pasta into the colander to drain and rinse it, and some spills out blocking the plug hole leaving a 1cm pond of boiling water in the sink, don't pull the pasta out of the plug hole with your fingers next time.

My oven just seems to work to it's own temp, depending on it's mood. I can't cook a decent beef roast in it to save my life!

I was working late, so hubby cooked it. Yep came out just like mine even though he used an oven bag, overcooked and dry, the gravy saved it. Course he thought it was great, and since I had not sprung the fact I accidentally bought another cross trainer today, I lapped it up and heaped on the praise!! Then I told him!

He didn't even roll his eyes!!

Way to a mans ego- through my stomach!

It's hot so...

Honey mustard chicken wraps.
Yum. Aforementioned chicken plus chilli mayo mix and salad and red onion with grated parmeson cheese.
Quick, easy, light, beautiful

Thai food at Mai Thai in Brunswick. Really good (just happened to be the only place still open at 10!). :)
