He had played only 2 Tests before this one and taken 4/206 from 64 overs.
His 6/3 is bettered only by Ernie Toshack's 5/2 ('47/48) in Tests for five-wicket-hauls.
He took 3 wickets in 4 balls which has happened fewer times in Tests than hat-tricks.

Yeah, cricket balls, I suspect. Soz gobbles, couldn't resist.
Lawson is a 20 year old, right arm fast bowler. He had bowled 20 balls before his first wicket. He took 3 in his 4th. over, bowled a maiden for his 5th., took another wicket in his 6th. and 2 in the 5 balls of his 7th.
And yes, it was against Bangladesh but even though they've lost 15 of their 16 Tests, they are not getting skittled all the time and other top ten bowlers are not taking 'bags' against them.

Well, young Jermaine took a much more realistic 4/108 from 40 overs in the Windies (296 & 3/111) win in the second Test against Bangladesh (194 & 215). Tapash Baisya took 6/117 (only 13 W.I. wickets fell) from 30.3 overs for Bangladesh.
