I think i mentioned at the end of last weeks report that i hope we just dont bomb our fwd entry against the bombers.
MM didnt read my report.
All day long thats what we did and the bombers cleared and set up fwd sorties.

To tell you the truth Im as flat as a biscuit at the moment.

I could have been at work on double time and a half,but i declined because 9 were doing us live and after all the shit ive put on them i felt obligated to stay home and watch.

We started off with mckee going good in the ruck and before you could say ive got a day off and its friday we were 13 and they were zero.
thru goals to molly and lika.

My doubts of the way MM sets up a fwd line were well founded and today was the cream on the cake.
We have a good crumber in leon who was started on the bench and when given a run was on the back flank.I think he has to go back to willy now if MM wont persist with him in the fwd pocket.
anyway after being 2 goals to nil and having the ball on a string somehow the bombers get the next 3 goals and we never hit the front from then on.
Presti is not on song,in fact when i was a kid i sold pies and cool drinks at the G and i would have to have declared presti as a cold pie.
clokey was good all day,tried hard and presented well.
But i swear i cussed very loud when he missed a set shot late in the game,but somehow the ump gave him a free he couldnt miss after a bomber swore 3 times.
lucky the ump couldnt hear me.
Woey was on hird ..that didnt work let me tell you.
Sheedy did his homework,we get goals from kick ins so he stopped that by manning us up.
we bomb into the fwd line so he got his boys to back themselves and for the rest of the day every time the ball came loose the bombers had loose men everywhere.

we got to within a goal in the 3rd qtr but from then on it was not nic e to watch.

The whole set up was a mismatch for the day.
we over possessed early for not much result and when we turned it over our back line was made look stupid.
LLoyd sent presti to coventry,wakes did a bit better on him but he still kicked more goals.
I think mckee actually took the points in the ruck but sheedy had it set up so he couldnt be the spare man in defence.
We were outplayed,but extremely outcoached.

taz got a fair bit of the ball so did lloyd.
taz got no goals lloyd got plenty.
its the way its set.
taz cant kick goals from 60-80 out but he goes there and his pass is crucial.
lloyd rarely goes beyond 60 and his possessions are shots at goal.
Cupido made madddddeeeeee look stoooooooopid.
we had a few blokes on song but fair dinkum we just played into their hands by bombing it fwd even though after half time it was obvious they were killing us that way,

no marks to MM
lots of cold pies..presti,MM for letting hird just run free all day.
Rocca too was cold as ice and woey looked very slow when against mcveigh.

dont give up yet people.
its early days
MM will have better ones too i hope.
so too will the back line
and hopefully our fwds will never ever let the ball out so easily ever again.
I blame MM mostly for the way he set the team up.
not one of his better days at the office in my opinion.
