I'm a bit behind with reading posts but thanks for the info Tess, it's great to keep up with training news. Gotta say Lica is a true champion - I was totally impressed with the guy after the Copeland - he stayed and signed every last autograph and was the last player I saw leave - and that was considering he'd literally just had knee surgery and was obviously limping. What a guy!
