Collingwood comes from behind to defeat the Roosters

Post by JC Hartley »

I went to Victoria Park today and saw a tremendous victory against the triple-premiers North Ballarat. Lachlan Keefe took every mark that was within his reach. He was our best player today along with Jonathon Ceglar who booted two goals in the final quarter and took as many marks as Lachlan did today. Other notable contributors were, Eddy, Fasolo, Seedsman & Farmer. Macaffer was fairly disappointing, yet won each contested possession that came his way, while McCarthy was good early before a few niggles reduced his impact on the game.

i didn't sight jmac in the second half.

i thought shae really looked like a footballer and to my amazement played a link man on more than one occasion.

hard to know who was whom given it was my first vfl match this year.

we looked like we struggled to keep up in the first half and looked a little lazy. the umpiring was pretty poor to. some really baffling decisions.
Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle.

the umpires were a disgrace. in that last qtr it hit a all time low in afl/vfl history.

there was a nth ballart running into goal and pies player tackles him good tackle. umpire said to high. :? didnt even touch his shoulder
