Apparently following the success of the MOAB bomb by the yanks in Iraq , The Australian have successfully deployed the PONTING. After launching 8 covert strikes from Cape town , it is believed that at least 6 of the Iraqy topbrass have been killed by cricket balls that have been launched in a "tomahawk fashion" by the Australian cricket Captain . 2 other balls are now in orbit waiting for a pre-emptive stike on the capital of Baghdad. The 8 pound cricket bat is now considered to be a weapon of MASS DESTRUCTION

Now Punter is the benificiary of all that experience but, like the others, brings his own enthusiasm to the job as Australian skipper.

Yeah well done to Punter! Unfortunately I didn't get to see his innings but I can imagine it was nothing short of fantastic! Punter is in great form isn't he, he's really proving to the selectors that he is cut out to be captain!
